Excellent piece of writing, Sarah, thank you for sharing your insight! I think you are absolutely right. Two comments that your article brings to my mind:

1. There is always so much to take and tweak from a former activity into a new one - I cannot stress enough how much my years as a paramedic keep proving useful in everything else I do today.

2. Many people don't know that others work with a coach. They tend to think that successful people were just born like this. But the truth is we are all born with the same potential and different circumstances allow us to grow this potential in different directions. While we did not have much say in it as a child, the beauty of being an adult is that now we can consciously choose the direction in which we want to see our potential blossoming. As a personal coach, I have also noticed there is a recurring belief that a coach is someone a bit different and this would explain why they feel self-confident and know how to navigate the storms and blissful breezes of life. What many people don't realise is that a coach is someone exactly like them - that is, someone who works with a coach to take them to next level.

As you say, entrepreneurs tend to think that being an entrepreneur = doing all and everything by one's self. This misunderstanding often leads to burn out and I believe your article offers many paths to explore to stay healthy while building a successful business.

I have really enjoyed reading you and I wish you absolute success and joy in all your endeavours.
